Our returns policy is simple.
Your right to change your mind
You may change your mind and cancel your order within SEVEN (7) working days after the dispatch of goods. If you choose to cancel your order you must do so in writing to be eligible for a full refund and return the goods in their original condition incurring any cost to do so. We are unable to accept the return of any used/opened goods. Once our returns team receives your return if you are eligible for a refund, the company will refund the purchase price paid within 14 days. We will not refund any shipping charges.

If your return is in reference to a machine purchase, please refer to the terms and conditions of sale within your Purchase Agreement and Order Acknowledgement. These terms and conditions will override those listed above.
Damaged Goods/Missing Items
We take very special care in packing the goods we send to you however should an item arrive damaged please accept our apologies. We want to resolve this as soon as possible for you and ask you to please notify us in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after you receive delivery.
Should an item be faulty please contact the head office team immediately on 02920231228 to advise of the fault. You may be asked troubleshooting questions and requested to provide images to assist our team in resolving the issue as quickly as possible for you. We ask you to kindly co-operate with these requests as they are in the interest of providing a swift resolution to our customers. We will advise what to do next.
We apologise if you did not receive all the items you ordered, this is not common, and we want to resolve this situation as quickly as possible for you. Please advise us in writing to email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery if you have not received an item.
Returning Items Purchased as Part of a Special Offer
Where you have purchased a number of items as part of a special multi-buy discount offer and you subsequently wish to return one of the special offer items you will no longer be entitled to receive the special offer and will require to pay the original purchase price of each item you wish to keep. Should this be more than the original price paid you will be asked to pay the difference. If, once any discount has been removed the price is less than the price you paid you will be refunded the difference in line with the above terms. You will be responsible to return the item and incur the cost of shipping charges.
If you believe that one of the special offer items is faulty, please contact our head office within 24hours of receiving goods.
